Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to process and deliver every order as quickly and reliably as possible.

At Kaazio, every order is made to order — we print and pack each piece specifically for you, which means a little more care goes into it before it ships.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation. During high-demand periods (drops, sales), processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a delay.

Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days across most locations in India. Remote or non-metro pincodes may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all domestic orders across India.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on orders up to ₹1,000. Orders above ₹1,000 are processed via prepaid options — UPI, cards, or net banking — to keep things smooth and secure for both sides.

Undelivered / Returned Orders
If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal at the doorstep, it will be returned to our fulfillment center. If you'd like the order reshipped, a reshipment fee of ₹79 applies to cover redelivery costs.

Delays Beyond Our Control
Kaazio is not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We'll do our best to keep you informed if this happens.
