Returns are accepted only for products that meet the following conditions:

The piece must be completely unworn and unused.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
All tags must be attached and must not have been removed.
The product must not have been washed, altered, damaged, or worn.
An unboxing video is required for damaged or incorrect products.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted only if:

The product is damaged or defective.
The wrong product, size, or colour was received.
A clear unboxing video is provided as proof.
The piece is unworn and unused, with tags attached.

Machine wash cold (max. 30°C).
Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the print.
Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
Wash with similar colours.
Hand wash is preferred; if machine washing, use a gentle cycle.
Do not tumble dry. Air dry naturally, preferably in the shade.
Avoid wringing or twisting the garment.
Do not iron directly over the print. If ironing is needed, turn the garment inside out and use low to medium heat.
Avoid dry cleaning.
Do not soak the garment for prolonged periods.
